Preparing for the Olympics

I have finaly adjusted back to the Northern New York weather of 40 degrees and rain, I sure do miss Florida!
Everything is well here at home. I am enjoying my last week of easy training before our real training kicks off on Monday. I have been busy getting everything prepared for the upcoming Olympic year. I have spent a lot of time talking with my coaches, making training and travel plans for next year. I am looking forward to getting back into the routine of having my days revolve around training instead of phone calls. I can only take so much of this sitting around!
Although my official training starts on Monday, I will stay at home here in New York until the middle of May. During that time, I will do most of my training on my own, but will be on a strict schedule from my coach. After that I will head up to Northern Maine to join the team for most of June and July.
I really enjoyed our visit in Florida, it was great to finally meet you all face to face. I am already looking forward to a return trip at sometime. It was fun to witness what an upbeat office you work in, it must be exciting to not only work in a positive setting but to promote such a great product as well.
I hope all is well.
My Best,
Tim
